Would that be worth the time that you're spending watching this show? I think so. Think about something that frustrates you and on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the most frustrating and 1 being the least frustrating where are you right now. Most people when they have a feeling they don't like they start suppressing it and the way they do it is they say no.

If you always do what you always did then you're always going to get the same results. If you're saying no to your frustration you're actually collecting it. That's how we get stressed. Instead of saying no you need to do something else. Could you say yes to your frustration? I know it may sound strange but I'm here to help you get rid of the frustration not to build it up.

Could you say yes to your frustration? Could you say yes to the frustration a little bit more? Could you say yes a little bit more? Could you say yes a little bit more and a little bit more and could you say yes a little bit more and even a little bit more? Now on a scale from 1 to 10 with 10 being the most frustrating and 1 being the least frustrating where would you be? You noticed you probably dropped considerably.

Instead of putting down on the edge can you just invite it up and continue to say yes to it until it all dissipates. We show you how to get into your subconscious mind, make yourself conscious of it and dump it.
