I think this bar only weights 35 lbs, so not sure if its 315.
125 lbs warm up x 10
215 lbs x 8 for 3 sets
305 x 3 (was suppose to be 3 but only did 2) FAIL
Weight: 194.6 lbs
Age: 24 (yes i'm going bald, I know)

I have been working out for a while now, at least 5 days a week, I have got stronger but I am Indian, and I eat like a pig. If i see food, I eat like a pig! doesn't matter what it is. Unfortunately being Indian, I wasn't blessed with the "Fitness" genes. Not to speak for all Indians, but I wasn't one of the Indians that was blessed with the "fitness" genes but ofcourse I got a little bit of the "smart" and "bald" Indian genes. Anyways the max I have done on dead lifts are 315 lbs x 5 times. This time I couldn't do 305 for 3 times. I don't take any pre-workouts and I forgot to bring straps. I used belt for the last set.
If you workout and such give me some advice also, leave it in the comment section. If your comment is stupid then I will delete it. Motivations are appreciated !! Lets do this !
