What kind of human being can casually dismember or dissolve a live human baby, for no other reason than money? What kind of human being can perform a failed abortion and leave the suffering savable infant to die? Could you do it to an animal? Only 1% of all abortions are done to save the life of the mother. This absence of conscious is a medical condition, a psychosis. Psycopaths take life with no regret, no remorse no guilt. Exactly what a serial killer does.

The jerk may lack a conscience but the "lie" bit obviously referred to a reasonable "white lie" to keep fainting males out of the delivery room. There's certainly no cause for a State reprimand here.
