The Feather Boa Fathers, a group made up of more than 100 gay families, came together to create an inspirational piece, designed to give hope to any gay youth who may be feeling like their dreams of parenting may be over.

@thegreendestiny The same holds true for straight parents. I have been abused by my friends "straight" Father and mother when I was in high school. It's all one's head. Good intentions lead to good thoughts and not abuse. Just because these parents are "gay", it doesn't mean their "adopted" children will be "more prone" to abused. Please try to have an open mind and be optimistic about situations. Things can go wrong in any circumstance irrespective of any sexual orientation.

I'm sorry but I feel sick after seeing the kids with their "parents", I didn't even have the heart to finish it. It's just wrong. What guarantee do we have that those kids, especially the boys won't get sexually abused? They may have the best intention for the children's future but allowing gay couples to adopt children is a sign of social and moral decay.

I am in love with you all and pray so deeply that the many young men in my life who think the idea of family is hopeless because of their sexual orientation, will find inspiration from your stories!
