Hello, you play great! I would like to know about your guitar such what year is it and what type of pickups? Also, what amp are you playing throught and what is the setup on the knob controls?

The guitar is a bit of a mish-mash, the body is 1986 jap strat, the neck is 1889 jap strat and the pick ups are Levinson Blade which are the same output as standard fenders; I was using the bridge and middle pick ups. I was playing through a Boss BR1180cd recording desk but can't remember what settings I used. Thanks for the comments!

Tom- I am 61 and a big Knopfler fan....many kudos for your skills as a player AND a teacher...I am learning more from your videos than all the dozens of paid formal lessons in the past...you have EXACTLY the best video technique of the hundreds on U Tube.....my success is proof....keep it up....how about mark's What it Is????
