With the release of Obama's long-form birth certificate, the party's over for y*ds like Berg, Taitz and the others who filed frivolous lawsuits. The nation can now focus its attention on Obama's impeachment. Google "Obama impeachable offenses."

@vedicastrol They keep coming and they keep failing. Even the CONSERVATIVE Supreme Court.
The tide is turning? Losing time after time is no tide, it's just an ocean of fail.
-
@Hotdiggity11 have you noticed that the suits still keep coming? course, no judge will take for fear of their life. but they keep coming. The tides have turned against him. Obama's "nonsense" will be undone.

@vrajavala So, uh, how did that court case work out?
LOL!

Berg started the ball rolling. There is a court trila set for Jan 26, 2010. Judge Carter, Santa ana .
you might also want to check up with other lawyers who are getting traction. Leo donofrio Esq and Dr. orly Taitz.
People who care about the Constitution do care about his.

honestly though... no one really cares. at least people that really matter wont care. This will never get any traction and obama will get through at least 1 if not two terms depending on his performance for the first term. bet you ten bucks it wont happen. But go ahead let some steam out

Yes, they did. And again, Vattel is and was an important source to the Framers.
Another important source was Blackstone, whose work Madison said everybody knew about. Here's what he had to say on natural born citizenship under common law:
"Natural-born subjects are such as are born within the dominions of the
crown of England"
If you make legal arguments, you should be prepared to have people make legal arguments back. Suddenly saying IANAL shows you don't actually understand the issue.

I wouldn't deny that Vattel was a source, but there is no English translation that precedes the writing of the Constitution.
In addition, this definition of NBC is counter to the English common law, upon which the Framers heavily relied.
Thirdly, Wong and Lynch are still good law, and any lower court could not overturn it - SC would be VERY reluctant to hold that very important opinions are overturned, which they would have to do if they defined NBC the way you say they should.
some of the founding Fathers read and spoke French. I am not a lawyer Leo Donofiro the editor and author of naturalborncitizen(dot)wordpress(dot)com is a lawyer.
If you have any further legal question, please address them to him.
As for me, I am convinced by Obama's actions that he is not the type of person the Founding Fathers would want directing this country.
