Pat Robertson is a holier than thou hypocrite.

"God knew you before you were born". That says it all right there. If we were "known" before we were born, then our lives were chosen for us. So, if God creates people the way they are only to condemn us to eternal damnation, then you can keep your Biblical God.

First women were second class citizens. Then the African American Community, and now the GLBT community.

Interracial marriage was once illegal. Equal rights for all.

Gay people do NOT want to destroy marriage! Gay people want equality, that means the right to get married. Marry whoever you want. Or, never get married.. Some people NEVER get married and NEVER have kids. But everyone, gay or straight, should have that right if they choose to do so.

They dont want to destroy the church, they just want to get married and any suggestion to the contrary is outright slander! The institution of marriage belongs to no-one so it is not exclusive to str8s or even 'sacred' just bcoz someone says so and if gays want to go about their business and exercise their rights its not their problem if such actions r contrary to your beliefs. Gays r entitled to the same legal and sentimental benefits as everyone, deal with it.

In five years, all mainstream Christians will be embracing gay marriage. The church will climb onto the back of anything that brings in money....ANYTHING!

The whole mess is a result of primitive beliefs and the fearful people who will cling to archaic thinking until their last breath.
