Cydia Best Apps 4.2.1 tested

Get the best out of cydia, everything works in 4.2.1 firmware, i have an ipod touch 2g, if the app works in mine, then it should work in most idevices

I can't get install0us4 to work install. I get errors saying I need to modify it or something. Could someone walk me through it? Maybe through hackulo or something, via PM?
