Big noses are for breathing in as much air as possible!

HI I got rhinoplasty done 3 days ago and my nose looks like a piggy one its wide and big but I also have packings in my nose so I was wondering are the packings the cause for this ?

@chicolaser17 you got a good result and the op wasnt needed in the first place.Anyone that looks for plastic surgery advice on youtube is an idiot of the highest order,youre going to spend a fortune and the results will be permanent,you obviously should get consults with well known specialists in revision.
