Ansonia senior running back Arkeel Newsome is the state's all-time leading rusher, and he showed off his skills on this play against Rocky Hill in Saturday's Class S state semifinal game. Newsome appeared to be in trouble in the backfield after taking a too to his right. Newsome cut back to his left, found the sideline, and ran 32 yards for the score. Newsome had five touchdown runs in Ansonia's 49-27 victory.
