In the 80's serviced apartments had long been established in the US and some Asian countries, and were there also known as "extended stay accommodation" or "temporary housing", while in Germany such synonyms as "Boardinghouse" or "Apartmenthotel" were used.

xenios Apartments has its roots in 1989 when the untenanted office building situated at the beautiful Frankfurt Westend area was remodelled into a serviced apartment house.

Take time out for yourself the team of the serviced apartments takes care of everything else! In contrast to a conventional hotel or all suite hotel, as a guest at xenios Apartments you are totally independent: enjoy your own, stylishly furnished and bright rooms with private doorbell, wireless internet access, cable TV and telephone as well as fully equipped pantry kitchen. Additionally, our friendly staff will take care of your needs, refill your refrigerator, clean your apartment every week, and change towels and linen.
