every time i hear stories like yours i start to choke with rage. i have so much to say that my brain floods over and i cant articulate any of it. chase is nothing more than a criminal enterprise. all large private banks pretty much are. maybe ghandi had it right ... just abscond. if everyone and their dog just pulled ALL their money from that satanic cult of a bank, then i wonder how long it would last as a public entity.

Chase is stealing our home too. The draft just disappeared on our second home and we had to get an attorney. We can afford to pay the entire home off but they will not accept payment.

Yes, it is all they do especially after they bought Washington Mutual who was one of the biggest crooks in the US. Move to the number one Internet bank: Citibank.com Because pretty soon all local banks will go out of business due to the "globalization" going on in this world.

i was approved by Chase for the HAFA help, signed the papers, contract to short sale my house in 4months. Then later than a month, I get letters from Chase that HAFA was not approved?....Tony from San Francisco.

I do mortgage audits now.I would make the banks prove they have posession of the deed and the note.If they do not have the original wet ink contract they can not collect on the house at all.That means they cant produce it because they sold it on the stock market already and is now a security.That leads to 7 tons of more trouble as well.But like I said if they cant produce the original wet ink contract they can not foreclose and must me in posession of the deed as well.

@Cinj216 Correction: money spent on the case, not trial. Cases against corporations usually never even make it to trial. Most success stories only talk about it being settled out-of-court rather than a full-blown trial victory. I apologize for my error.

@ncbookz Yeah, but even the best lawyers can't do much when the odds are definitely stacked against you because of law code that favors the corrupt and the fact that corporations have far more money to spend on the trial than you do. Even if you manage to make a case and get a lawyer on your side, the chance that you'll come out of it in a better situation than you started is slim. I'm just being real here.

@MrAmericanNinja You know, I used to think like you until reality hit me in the face like a brick and I learned that the law is on the side of any criminal or corporation (sometimes it's hard to tell the difference between the two) that decides they want to fuck you over today. Whenever you get screwed over and you call some lawyers and find that they won't give you the time of day, you'll see for yourself what I'm talking about. I hope you never have to go through any of that, though.

@dilan4me i wonder what we can do with corruption so far up and so deep it is hard to even fight these guys they steal with a law and with loopholes,, if you can not call them to make a payment or pay on the web site then what can you do? they know this! i called the fbi and the governer to get mine to work out
