Yes we're mammals, so breastfeeding is natural - but unlike other mammals, humans have developed 2dary sexual characteristics that include the development of round, prominent breasts & an instinctive attraction to them - babies use this innate attraction to breasts to help them find milk (the darkened aureole makes it a bull's-eye) - but the round breasts does double duty as a sexual signal to males, (of course) - so breast-feed, women, but discretely - & men, learn to be courteous & look away

I breastfed my daughter for a year. At home and in public. Whenever she was hungry. Only a pervert thinks there is something wrong with nourishing your baby in the most natural way.

@arnab1021976 Many women shy away from breastfeeding (especially in public)because of the social sexualization of breasts, and though religious traditions are part of society, they are not one and the same. The decision to breastfeed is rarely (if ever) religion based. I would imagine that a person brainwashing another has other things in mind than breastfeeding. That said, yes, there should be ads to promote breastfeeding.

I particularly love the photo of the baby latching on to the burger bun... perhaps this is more acceptable to all the prudes? Maybe we should all go and feed our babies McDonalds instead!
