Bible says beware devil comes as n angel of light. Most important thing u need 2 do to ascend is get ur soul ready profess ur belief n Almighty God n the Christ pray 4 guidance n lke she said meditate. I do it 15 minutes n morning longer when i hv time. She's right we hv a choice 2 ascend but the alternate is not pretty according to the bible. 2 get your body ready it is correct to drink lots of oxygenated water n fruits n vegetables.
