Tribute to my Galil ARM 5.56

The Galil was produced in Israel and is based on the RK 62 (which is based on the AK-47).

Less than 9,000 Galils were imported into the USA. Importation ceased many years ago.

The rifle in this video is over 20 years old now.

Sometimes referred to as "The Cadillac of AK-47's", I can certainly say it is a high quality piece of workmanship in design, function, & appearance.

The flash hider is different the the one the Galil SAR I had in service.

That's a very common flash hider for the ARM and AR variants. It is for launching grenades.

I hear the ARM and AR are very scarce in Israel now .....the SAR is about the only Galil left I think.
