@leaderOFlosers Random chords? Well the progression that starts at 1:19 is actually F#m6, G/F#, F#m7, Gmaj7/F# repeated twice with an additional rhythmic figure in each successive bar from bars 6-8. The main riff is based on the B minor scale with extra chromaticism including flat fifths, sharp sevenths and the occasional sharp second. If you still think this is any more random than most modern metal then be sure to let us know how, otherwise dont try to belittle music that you dont understand.
