What they fail to understand is that material in a sense are sentient. Matter don't react in a totally chaotic fashion. Atoms and molecules follow the rules of quantum mechanics. So it's not entirely random and to a certain degree sentient. Doees an electron 'know' that it must be attracted to a proton?

Hovind's ideas scared the pants off of the government. That is why he is in jail. ANYBODY can get hit with tax fraud and not even know why. Tax evasion laws are the prologue to what is coming. They are complicated for a reason. That's a fact. Tax evasion can be used to get someone when everything else fails. Anybody heard of Al Capone? Yes he was an evil man, but when the government couldn't get him the easy way, they used tax evasion.
