I didn't say for a reason.
Palmer was treated much worse than I am being treated. The doctors of the time were wrong about Palmer, it could be that there is more to this than you understand, just like the doctors back then.

I'm glad that massage helped. The most common cause of migraines is a deficiency of magnesium. Take it separately from calcium as they compete for the same receptor sites, and taken at night it will help you sleep. Three or four grams is a good dose, but beware; too much can give you diarrhea.
And yes, I don't listen the naysayers. Unfortunately, the world is full of them. It's true, I'm just here to try and help, those people are just in too much pain to be helped. Thanks.

Your neck massage/adjustment is helping me so very much.
I have Migraine's caused by this tight muscle and have for years pulled down on it. Pushing across is making a HUGE difference. Don't listen to the naysayers. You must really be helping people ; you certainly are helping me :)

(You Quoted) "At least, until I was able to properly adjust them with my gentle techniques and some nutritional support. " My friend, what are you typically adjusting? An adjustment is specific or it's nothing. An adjustment is specific and should be done by a DOCTOR of Chiropractic alone!
You say it's a "free copy of Back Pain Secrets at the link" but you are gonna refund me if it doesn't work. So how do you refund free money ? This is more intriguing than your technique...

@BulletCowboy The refund if for Self Adjusting Technique. I don't think it's right for people to pay for something that doesn't help them. While most people will be able to adjust themselves nothing works for everyone.
