  • I have to agree. Brilliant.

Thank you for such a clear and concise tutorial.

I will be working on a project that this method is perfect for.

Videos like this make surfing the web worthwhile.

  • David, This is absolutely brilliant. My father, who was quite the inventor, told me that the great inventions are always simple. Your jig and techniques illustrate his point. This jig is not only better and less expensive than all the others I have seen, it can be fabricated in mere minutes, and requires no unusual tools or parts. The box joints you produced in this video are the first I have ever seen that do not look "industrial." They look like the handiwork of a craftsman.

    Thnx

  • Thanks for the valuable info and instruction!

  • How did you make the plugs? Do you just chisel out a mortise? and how do you cut such tiny elements?

Thanks for the vid. Neat technique

  • Best video i have seen on making Box Joints, and well explained....Keep Up The Good Work, and a well made video which beats the hec out of 99% of the Major Woodworking videos made by the major manufactors, You have a GREAT CAMERAMAN

  • Very nice, and helpful. Thanks so much!

Might you also show how you "pillow" the ends?

    If so, You Da Man!!!

  • Thank you for very clear info... it's all there.

  • Very Nice Idea for making good joints. No need to buy a jug if you make it yourself.

  • Nice David, wish I had seen this about 4 years ago.

  • David .,.. like ronwaters says ... "freakin brilliant". Simple with lots of flexibility and dead on accurate. Thanks for sharing.
