spoe its ok for thr cops to feel threatened hey, yet if you are a memeber of the public and defend your own personal space its another story, makes our coppers look silly to me.

Honestly this is a good example of how the police should act. They didn't hard arm the dude or put the boot in, just a quick hit of spray and made the arrest.
Having said that, the vid doesn't give a good representation of the events prior or after, so in that sense you can't really decide anything off the vid alone. (Basically invalidating my previous point)

I believe the job there was for a fight at the train station, it appears the gentleman's group were having a good go until police arrived. @1.13am, shirt off for a fight = Police powers act - Violent confrontation occurs or is likely to occur, they can then use capsicum spray. Im not commenting on who is right here.
