Seen here are Weathercasters Dick Fennel and Bob Weaver, on Miami Television Station WTVJ ch.4 (CBS), forcasting Hurricane David in the last days of August 1979 as the storm made its way through the Northeastern Caribbean Sea. "Man, dig that crazy eyewall south of PR"

  • very creative with the music. nice vid, though it was way before my time.

  • I was 12 years old and living in Baltimore,Maryland at the time.It damaged my roof.I had to sleep in my parents room becase there were leaks all over my bedroom.My father had to pay the roofer to do our roof.

  • I lived in Coral Springs Fla at that time. I was in 5th grade. My Dad gave me a half of a Valium so I would stop worring about the storm and go to sleep. Turned out to be nothing the next day. Us kids got on skate boards and held on too a big beach umbrella. You go pretty fast down the street with a big gust.
