Bruce Prichard's short-lived Reo Rogers gimmick in 1993 was also based on Dusty.
It was Bischoff who turned Mike Rotunda into V.K. (for Vincent Kennedy) Wallstreet when he returned to WCW in September 1995 and Virgil into Vincent when he arrived about a year later as part of the NWO.
