those look like dutch braids, not french braids, because the braid is raised above the surrounding hair rather than under it.
nonetheless, those are awesome! I couldn't do that well on my own hair =]

I'm still trying to figure out the normal french braid on my hair. You have quite a bit of patience. So cool!
