  • I rarely add Garlic. I Found my Peppers taste better than my moms.My mom using similar recipe to yours. She does adds garlic, but never the carrots. She also does not uses Paprika. well both of our Peppers are good too. Just my turn out yummier than hers, probably because i use shredded carrot for yummier taste. Both carrot and onions are fried, onion are fried to golden color. Of course, they fried separate. Oh yes. You can use this recipe for fried/boiled meatballs. Works well too.

  • well i do boil the rice before i put it and mix it with meat. The rice should be soft[chewable] I never got my Rice mushy. Well how i do it? I never fully cook my rice, but i make sure the rice is at least chewable. I also add shredded carrots and chopped onions.[both of them are fried for yummy taste. The fried onion is in golden color] I never tried adding paprika. but i do add Pepper sometimes.
