This is the one if you are a begginer in tribal style it is the most easy to follow and some nice moves can be learnt .great body conditioning to embed some of those moves so that they will come fluently in your dance routine.. I am so pleased that I got this dvd its brilliant because I didnt feel like I was getting lost like with some of the others. I felt like I was not out of my legue with this one..also love the continues feature of play at the end so you can keep practicing with no reset
