  • Wtf. To the guys criticising what she eats, you don't know what you're talking about. I was put on a similar eating plan during my "recovery" from anorexia, in terms of getting everything the body needs whilst being healthy. There's natural sugar, vitamins, carbohydrates, vegetables, good fats etc and water/herbal tea.

    It IS healthy. SHE looks healthy.

    Perhaps it just seems too little or unhealthy because eating that wouldn't give you the 50 000 calories you need before lunchtime.

    She does not look unhealthy, you must just be morbidly overweight so your standard of body size is very skewed. The average American size is considered fat everywhere else.

  • i lost 65 lbs. i eat all kinda of cheerios, with almond milk and banana and tons of black coffee. water water water. i eat salads, frozen yogurt, low fa icecream, vegables, fruit, egg whites, aired popcorn, special k chips. kinda anything i'm in the mood for

  • i bought the natural sunbutter..and i LOVEEE it. it's so addicting and tastes sooo much better than peanut butter and almond butter. If I were to get fat from anything...it would definitely be that lol.

  • Guys, you really need to stop treating her like she's some weirdo. Maybe she doesn't NEED the ten tons of food us fat Americans eat every meal -__- No one does.   • Wtf?! This girl isn't skinny nor anorexic! Sure she's slim but I would not say she's too thin! Coming from a guy I think she looks just fine. Besides some girls look better with a slimmer figure, some look better with a more curvy figure, it's down to your bone structure.

  • You guys are a bunch of fat jealous HATERS! Im a fan girl keep on keepin on!!!!...I munch on almonds avacodoes and grapefruit! And if I eat carbs I stick to barley or whole wheat products! but I eat chicken breast w a new marinade every night! Such a great meat to cook!
