Got ripped off on the big island of Hawaii @ Hertz i returned my car full tank gas lady said every thing was cool she never gave me a final bill i guess my fault but get home they charged me 60 bucks for gas i only drove 20 miles called customer service they said i needed a gas receipt Fuck them!

BEWARE: I had the worst experience with hertz a few months ago, the guy from the agency told me I had to buy two extra insurance for 107 bucks, and without this final payment it won’t be possible to let me the car. What can I do? I had my suitcase, was tiered… Back in my town I visit the local agency and guess what: that thing about the insurance was 100% LIE, I was robbed by hertz.

Never do hertz! Their customer service staff are very rude and unfriendly. And they have all these crappy cars. They're a rip off! I've been to the one in San Juan Puerto Rico at the airport..This is the worst one extremely rude staff. What do you expect? They hire all these idiots from the hood! with no manners, no education, not even a G.E.D. Some people need to get a life!
