lol guys...let me help =) my tip is lean ur head down so ur legs wont hit the obstacle....also for all the vaults of parkour u always perfom them on the balls of ur feet :))

if u don wanna clip ur feet practise like a froggy jump movement on the floor. like put ur hands in front of u and ur legs in the back (in a kind of push up position but with ur legs bent) Then hop towards ur hands (just ur feet keep ur hands still) I'm not sure how to explain it very well but i hoped i helped :P

you can test it if you want on the floor...just put your hands down and see it's not remaining enough space for your pushup
You just have to pull yourself up and forword
Just make your style

if you have problems with the vault and feel u cant do it when u approach it use a differnt vault it helps

just dive towards sumthing that you can lazy (rail,fence,etc.)and grab the rail then push off.

if your feet hit the rail, work on something smaller or do some squats.

ine too, i'm worried that my feet are gonna hit the rail and i'll end up breaking my neck or something like that
