From The Barge Rooms in Ennis, Co. Clare. Trouble with a capitol T - The Indulgers joined by Johnny Fean of Horslips on the 2007 tour of Ireland. www.shamrocker.com for more info.
@priebertius It is a song about the arrival of the Tuatha Dé Danann in Ireland. The Tuatha are considered the pre-Christian Gods of Ireland. They fought the Fir Bolg and the inhuman Formorians in order to conquer the whole island. Horslips 1976 album "the Book of Invasions" tells the outline of their story, based on the early medieval manuscript "Lebor Gabála Érenn".
Love this song and the band. It's great to see Johnny Fean with the Indulgers.
