In this special holiday episode, Hank has been given the honor of shepherding a group of Japanese businessmen around the press. In the midst of the tour he stumbles across our rather temperamental designer, Ken, who is having a cow about his paper order. Showing off for his new friends, Hank commits to solving Ken's problem, which creates a whole Thanksgiving of problems for Sully.
Oh man I really love these videos. They are truely hilarious XD Poor Sully. He always has to deal with us annoying designers.

Excellent! I have had to do similar duties with Japanese visitors to the graphic arts vendor that I worked for. Your portrayal of how they conduct themselves is quite true to life. The clothing, bows, business cards, giving of gifts, and not revealing their ability or inability to speak English is, in my experience, quite typical. To anyone who's conducted tours like this, or has been to Japan, as I have, would not find this video insulting to Asians at all.

Incredibly funny spot. Fits perfectly with a series that pokes fun at everybody---I agree with last post--it's in no way offensive to Asians as they come out as far more savvy than the hapless folks at the press.

@shoestories. Insulting to Asians. They are the only ones in this video who have it together. The white Anglo Saxons are the ones who look stupid.
