Thankyou for putting this song up, this was played at my nans funaral 5 years ago. She wanted me to sing at her funaral but my mums sister wouldn't let me, even though my nan ask me to. Its her anniversary this weekend and i know everybody thinks 'oh its just another nan but my nan was the world to me and i'm only 20 an she still is now' I hope this is like a prayer to her but its the best i have done since she died. I love her and will never forget her I love you nan

I'm a straight dude, but still think this is a magically wonderful paean to cosmic love.

I was also 13 back in 1973, a boy starting my 'growing' period in England,& as much as I like Sweet,Slade,(never liked Gary Gltter),T-Rex,Mud etc,I adored Donny Osmond, lol, and don't mind admitting it! But then I quite fancied David Cassidy too, hahaha.Oh,happy days!

@TheEctomorph - I like this song and all his songs regardless of high or low voice. This is a very
beautiful song. Glad you like it too. Thanks.

Justin Beiber - eat your heart out you'll never compare to the fantastic Mr Donny Osmond xx

back in 73 I was a 13 year old in england, donny osmond played all the time, the girls loved him and his brothers, but being boys he was too girly for us, we much prefered the sweet, slade and gary glitter (god forbid). but he more then anyone sends me right back to those days

@duskejw - thanks for sharing your experience. Actually it is quite normal for a young boy whose
voice has not yet chenged to sound high and feminine. FYI, in Shakespearean days, young boys
play the women's roles.
To me, it does not matter if a high voice belongs to a male or a low voice (like Tina Turner who sounds
like a male in songs like "What's love got to do with it") belongs to a female.
If a song is good, if the singing style is good, if the voice quality is good, I will like it.
