It is a Delta Connection CRJ-100. I fly them and AirTran from here almost daily and it is always a CRJ-100.

Bloomington and Normal combined comprise a medium sized city, according th the US census bureau. And, the only way you can tell the city of Bloomington from the town of Normal is if you see the signs saying you are entering one of them, or if you've lived here for 33 years like I have, you just kinda know which one has what.
