This Trevor the Mentos Intern thing is really interesting. And I think when Dan said how this has never been done before, he hadn't really researched it that heavily. Or maybe he did. Idk. But I think there are a lot of differences between the two, and Dan 3.0 has a lot of potential to be a lot more than what Trevor the Mentos Intern was.

and then I made fun of you having to specify who Mentos is (You know, Mentos, the company that makes Mentos...) XD

I feel like it's a lot harder for people to be completely original nowadays because it's like everything has been done. I am interested in seeing what he has to show for it though. And Trevor seems intriguing. TO THE YOUTUBE SEARCH BROWSER! :)

that trevor thing sounds pretty rocking. It's hard to get something original that's completely original. Isn't there are argument that says nothing new will ever happen again?

One of the big differences between your example and Dan 3.0 is that the decisions in Dan 3.0 are based on a community of people, not just one wish of one random person. I think it's very interesting to see what a large group of people can accomplish by working together like that.
