ok...from reading some post about this video. I am not Catholic and I am watching this video just for a class but really??? Why would people write hateful things about Catholics and other types of churches when we all really do not know what is the "true religion"... this video is for learning, and for those who believe in this, people who hate are just sad and disgusting.

@88momart there is nothing wrong with "repetitious rote words". In fact that is the most simple form of prayer. true prayer starts from the mouth. Eventually your mind concentrates and understands what your mouth is saying. Once your mind understands then your entire body feels your prayer. The prayer takes over the body and eventually comes from your heart even if its "repetitious rote words" or not. Be patient and keep praying, you'll eventually feel it.

Roman Catholicism is not hiding anything. All you have to do is get a copy of the Catachism of the Catholic Church (easily attainable on the internet). CCC 1324 the eurchrist is the source and summit of the christian life. 1374 ...the eurchrist " the body and blood, together with the soul and divinity, of our lord jesus christ"..."real"...entirely present. This IS your man created god. A different jesus. 1378 to be worshipped. Idolatry plain and simple. Repent and believe the Gospel

I grew up in a catholic church I'm sorry to say its not a good church to be in. They don't really discuss any from the bible or read out loud. The teen service or class are just the same. But if you have a good heart and avoid sexual sin and love God Jesus and the holy spirit and have faith guess you would be ok. Wish I had someone to teach me about prayer worship reading the bible and repentance. So he I am counting only on Gods mercy.

Do you think God enjoys "prayers", that are just repetitious, rote words? Would you like your loved ones to talk to you with repetitious, memorized phrases? The Bible tells us, "Do not be like the heathen, who speak vain, repetitious prayers...they think they will be heard for their 'much speaking' ". Also, "These people draw close to me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me."
