The government's and hate/ fear/ war mongers will all drop dead due to their own greedy, low level frequencies. The Mayans' and Hopi prophecies tell it just like that, too. The worlds' frequencies are exponentially increasing, and those who manifest high frequencies will thrive while those who allow low frequencies to drive their actions will be left with no energy when 2012 transfers into 2013. Wars will be unable to persist and the dictator's and evils will no longer be able to sustain life.

12. Our Elders are in complete control of the beginning and the ending of this 6000 year cycle. It was necessary and purposeful that everyone in the Black Nation to gradually deteriorate their bodies and minds from 12 DNA to 2 DNA.

Using your own theory...This would mean that you orginal people was genetically modified at a passed time by your own people from higher realms of existence, so instead of creating a new world race you decided to let your own people suffer? by integrating them with a new bread, why would your higher beings do this for purpose of control when you already had control.
