Tool H. guitar cover. Hope these last few videos are better. I've been playing the songs a couple of times every day in between uploads instead of just trying to sit down with a song I haven't played in a while and trying to get a good take. There are still a few mistakes, but at least I'm not getting "lost" anymore :). Decided to start showing my face instead of my crotch, as well...lol.

  • Very nice work!!! Is that YOUR controlled feedback in the beginning or Adams? So close I can't even tell!

  • @reverbflange Thanks! That's mine...and Adam's. It's just a bit of flange/delay while pulling down on the 5th fret A string. Gear and settings help too :).

  • Nice job. Besides some minor timing and transition issues your right there with it. Keep it up! I would recommend looking into a volume pedal. Works wonders for playing Tool, especially on the transitions and working the dynamics on certain sections

  • @axeofcreation Thanks bud...means a lot!

  • Im havin troubles with the palm muted section at 1:50

  • @guitarszzz Hey thanks man! The only part I'm not too happy with is the transition from the pick slide with delay into the quite part...it should be smoother. Oh well, nobody's perfect. Anyway, thanks for the nice comment.

  • good shit dude, nice tone and effects

  • @RIL2210 Hey thanks...always been one of my favorite Tool songs. I'm looking into picking up a new mic...probably a Shure SM57. I don't like how the Mac mic is coloring the sound of the "quite" parts. You've got to put up some new music with that new guitar and let us check it out!
