Its a great thing that you are doing with this and I am actually trying to do something quite similar, I am doing a project to help porters and provide them with better education and clothing for climbing. I actually know someone related to the company owner, Erica Wineland Thomson. I met her through my cousin Lauren Morrell, my name is Taylor. I have been looking for good expeditions that treat porters well and your seems like an extremely good option.
