old National Lampoon xenophobic humorist pretends to be an Economist and does right wing rhetoric. It might be fun to watch this tin toy top spins but it goes nowhere. meh. OTO Tom Wolfe is one of the greatest writers ever. Thanks for posting W & L.

Boy, man. You should read some of that stuff he's written about immigration. He doesn't sound xenophobic at all. Or maybe you just took it seriously when he was saying tongue-in-cheek.

OK.. I think Im going to get beat up here for my post. (already am) . I'll give him credit for being pretty funny back in the day. Well spoken . Dude's been to every hellhole in the world and got plastered with every people on the Earth. He's not right wing like Sarah Palin, it's sad that any right wing ideas are tainted by the religious and superstitious and hateful. 30% of America identifying itself as totally secular and the Republicans run Sarah Palin.
