I did the switch from X360 to PC gaming, got tired of the boring ass games they are doing on the consoles with the same outdated graphics, that's when i knew i had to go big and bought myself a gaming rig+Steam. now i think to myself HOLYSHIT why didnt i do this earlier???

Meanwhile, if you chose a good rig, you have a good upgrade path, and will stay updated with a smaller investment. And you don't have to spend every penny you have, that's just a misconception. Xbox and PS3 games usually have medium/high graphics, and if you can settle for that, you don't need a GT580 or a GT7970 for this quality. And whenever you feel your PC is dragging behind, upgrades to maintain this quality won't be very expensive.

I thought about getting either an Xbox or PS3 a while ago,for the sake of convenience, since with 200€, I'd be ready to game. I haven't, though, as I'm saving money for a PC. Why? Let's see:

- I bought Metro 2033 (can't play it yet, though), for 5€, and I got a second copy for free. New in store. Where would I get a bargain like this on Xbox?

-This is the best Xbox will get. Soon enough, a new console will be launched, and everyone who bought either PS3 or Xbox will need a replacement. (cont)
