  • Such a sad film....such a master piece. The music, this composition really tells the story, the haunting harmonica just sets the tone.

  • @MrJailbird32 That's not true. I'm a young person who loves the work of George Harrison (Give Me Love was absolutely magical), Ferrante and Teicher (I love their cover of Midnight Cowboy), Art and Garfunkel (Either Scarborough Fair or Sound of Silence), and Ennio Morricone (Once Upon a Time in the West or Death of a Soldier).

But I do love classic VG's such as the Mother Series and Pokemon. Call me what you will.

  • Briilliant score/brilliant movie.

  • Is there is any way I can get a machine that makes me able to wander in the old 1968 New York city ?

  • I remember this at my 1st drive in movie in 1969, I had just got a car , I cant get the music out of my mind or the movie. It has got be a top ten for us in our sixties...

  • Freakin' nice song! I was about 5 when I was riding along with my parents and remember my dad increasing the volume after my mom said "this is a really nice song". It was one of the more tender moments that I could remember from my folks. Nice memory. Thanks for posting a classic. RIP mom and dad.

  • superbe musique......je l'écoute toujours......on a pas fais mieux dans la nostalgie.....avec monn river...

  • @RandomTipOfTheDay @RandomTipOfTheDay - Huh?!!! ... at any rate, this little guy is from one of the wealthiest families in Chicago from the last century, the Balaban and Katz family empires! Today he is an accomplished and respected actor, director and now author, of the the most commonly recognized personage, but not known by his name, Bob Balaban.

  • Many know him as David Laughlin, the serious interpreter/scientist asst of the French scientist in Close Encounters 3K, but most will remember him as the NBC president who was jilted by Elaine, gave up his job and joined Greenpeace, in the Seinfeld series.

  • @MrStevilKneivel For someone who admonished someone for being rude, obnoxious & name caller,I find your hipocracy astounding! Like a lot of so called 'Christians'. Sin like hell 6days a week as long as you go to confession or whatever all is forgiven.Thing is.It does say in the Bible that God doesnt like hypocrites.Watch out my friend as it might be you who gets 'burnt'!
