    Runners and football players can lead with their shoulders. I play football in one of the best prep schools in the country so u can't say the I have never played. Next the difference between head and shoulders is that the angle of pursuit is different and rather than a larger blow required to tackle someone, you can hit lower and wrap up. It makes sense if u see how football is changing and such hits are preventable

    this was 4 years ago when there were no rules against helmet to helmet and u would never say that if u played football cause runners always lead with their head so the rule makes no fucking sense at all
