The poll is a little ambiguous. Obama isn't just contemplating troop levels. He's rethinking the overall mission in that area. The Generals request for more troops is based on a particular scenario - us staying there and continuing the current mission. If Obama decides to stay and continue, I'm sure he WILL listen to the Generals. But the Generals do not, and should not, set foreign policy. Our foreign policy is what's currently under review; not troop levels. People...THINK don't just react!
