Stephen Kaufer may seems to enjoy the power he has created for himself over the hospitality businesses and restaurant in all the major cities around the world but he doesnt realise that he is such a destructive man who takes away the living and life time savings of investment of people who have invested in their small business by allowing everyone to post non-verified and anonymous reviews on Trip Advisor's website.

TRIP ADVISOR reviews you CANNOT trust
The sad thing about Trip advisor is that any nutcase can post in a review whether they stayed there or not. And if you ask for it to be removed because it is damaging your business it takes weeks for it to be removed. And all this time it can seriously damage your business. Things have to change because the credibility of trip advisor is going fast.
Does anyone else have the same problems
