  • おめでとう!日本。

    3年間、本当に長かったですね。

    本当にお疲れ様でした。

    日本の名誉のために勝利して頂き、本当にありがとうございました。

  • Teramoto's kote was 1 second before Yang's one.

Defence, then kote or men is one movement like a counter attack, but Yang couldn't protect kote completely.

Last kote was an ippon clearly, i think.

  • Yang was just a fraction too slow!

  • Watch "14th WKC Men's Teams Finals - USA vs Japan - Taisho" on Youtube.

You can see the last ippon, kote more clearly.

  • Check the kendo world video, the kote is good to see there

  • there is another video from this fight (kendo-world here at youtube) with a slow motion. i agree, perfect kote ippon!

  • i've whatched that 40 times now but i can't see kote. that's kaeshi men for yang, as far as i can see that. but all shimpan vote for kote, even good old paul otto. is there a way to download this file to watch that in super-slomo?

    greetz

  • that last one... looked like he was going to go kote men... but realized his kote went in pretty clean ... so just at the last minute decided to zanshin for the hell of it hahaha.

  • oh nm that wasn't the last point haha. I was talking about the men before the kote.

  • pretty sure that was a men

  • why was this last kote an ippon? wasn't that full power straight on yang's shinai? or am i blind?
