Would you like to walk 300 miles / 500 km without getting up from your chair?
At www.mhoffmann.dk/elCamino you can also see the pictures and read the descriptions from the journey this year (2007).
Discover how I managed to walk all that way without one single blister......
There is a secret to that, you see!

You are very welcome to give me feedback when you have seen this video.
If people like it, I will do more of them.
My intention is to teach people how to walk long distances safely and with joy.

  • Could you comment more on shoes for the Camino? My husband and I are planning to walk it May 2013 and I'm all confused about waterproof boots vs shoes and I find I'm tempted to bring both but dread the weight! I'd love to hear more about this from those who know! Thanks!

  • All the videos about Camino were very useful for me. Tips are excellent! I watched them before my walk and I did camino without any blisters at all and enjoed it so much! So am going to walk again! Camino Portuguese this time! Am very thankful for help and inspiration!

  • Good video -- I lived through some of that with you - the walking, the scenery, it was so beautiful -- and all without any effort from me! It was also useful to see some of the practical elements and preparation, like the finance issues and health products you use. Great job Mikael!

  • Great video! I really enjoyed the comments and the scenery . It made me want to join you guys the next year. Keep up the good work! Love to see more!

Best regards from Ketil in Oslo.

  • Last year I entered the New York City Marathon. The race started and immediately I was the last of the runners. It was embarrassing. The guy who was in front of me, second to last, was making fun of me. He said, "Hey buddy, how does it feel to be last?" I replied: "Do you want to know?" and I dropped out. :-)

Thanks for posting this video! Really helps get an appreciation for the trek, the friendships and beautiful countryside!

And the food looks even better after walking all day I bet! ;-)

  • It feels like I was there with you Hombre!

    Great scenery..and love the birdsong.
