plain sunflower seeds are great when you need a snack like chips or something, i eat em like there going outta syle, and there entertaining to spit lol

@lboogiest1 awe thanks!! You should be eating every 3 hours or so.. even if you aren't hungry, fuel up on something simple! soon your metabolism will catch up, and you will be one step closer to becoming a fat burning machine! :) The next step is to increase water intake, then eliminate all chemicals from your body, finalized by challenging yourself physically every day :) all this can be learned from the Tone It Up Nutrition Program at TONEITUPDIETdotCOM xoxo

It's all natural!! If you can get Plain Greek Yogurt and add your own fresh fruit or flavors (we did cinnamon and apples) it is MUCH better for you! I also like adding stevia (a natural sweetener) Compare yogurs... greek yogurt has virtually no sugar... 15 more grams of protein and low carbs. You can not go wrong with it :) so yummy too. -Katrina
