In a speech at the University of Oregon, James Hansen, NASA's chief atmospheric scientist, walks listeners thru the most recent geologic periods, and speaks to the commonly heard climate canard, "It's been hotter in earth's history before - so what's the big deal?'

It seems as though you "harsh" winter isn't going to show. Just because we have had a few cold winter the past few years doesn't mean anything. There is no way the planet would cool so tremendously over two years, especially if it this cooling is caused by the sun. It would take thousands of years to have recordable changes.

  • @greenman3610 lost your sense of proportion again as is usual for a typical megalomaniac.

    "tiny offgassing"

humans give off 100 times as much GHG as volcanoes, according to US Geological survey. google

    usgs volcanic gases climate

    and see here

  • @TheBuddaroo Just another big headed lout who thinks man's tiny offgassing can affect the Planet's climate. Go get a reality check you stupid fucker.

  • @david222444 What the hell are you so shit scared of...you have the intelligence of an amoeba. What other affect do you think 7billion humans have on our very fragile biosphere. Oh! come on..your ignorace is overwhelming..and yes I have studied climate change for 8 years now..HAVE YOU!!!!!

  • @greenman3610 At least I am looking and am not blind . A trace gas, produced by past warming, cannot drive our climate. At present our Sun is weak and our magnetosphere is weak, the oceans are cooling and volcanic activity is increasing. You attitude is that of when Earth and man was considered the centre of the universe . Well it is not, and man has not got the power to change the climate, he can tidy up his waste products but no more. No more propaganda leaflets please.

your response, by the way, is a little like the churchmen of old, "no, I will not look thru that telescope, demons will possess me...."

the video is unedited interview with the scientist who conducted the cern experiment.

if you don't want it from me, go to the source by googling

    nature podcast kirkby

  • @greenman3610 No thanks that will be propaganda and I would rather make my own conclusions from the CERN results. Not only has the Sun gone quiet but tectonic and volcanic activity is increasing and on the 9th September Tambora went to alert level 3. In 1815 this volcano blew creating the biggest explosion in history and dropping global temperatures by 3 degrees celcius. I have no worries about Global warming infact I welcome it, cooling to me is much more scary. We have nothing to fear from Co2
