Well, as a sinner, I have to say i DID NOT KNOW THAT i NEEDED TO BE SAVED until I was shown by that I needed to be saved! Many Mormons think they are in The Truth and will not look to God to save them unless they are shown that what they are being taught is in error! Shaun is attacking Religious Pride and God Bless Him!

@trencher7 my entire family is mormon and i love them but it's always in the back of head, how the hell did they get involved in this crap.

Has he ever, just once, said exactly what he believes a person has to do to be saved? I have a feeling he would be put on the defensive if so.

I googled this guy and I see other non-LDS Christian's posting he is a false teacher.
"Dr Matt's Latest Offering The False Witness of the Week: The Idle Words of Shawn McCraney"
And he picks him apart for passing his opinion as fact and how his statements are not in alignment with scripture. He's just obsessed with LDS and is more an anti-Mormon than a Christian.

Delivered from the bonds of the Mormons? People leave the Mormon Church all the time of the own accord. I scarce would say that they were delivered, they made the choice to leave which was their choice to make. You get delivered from those that are holding you captive, you walk away from those who are not. He walked away, which is fine.

I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ, he is my Savior, and Redeemer and the God that I worship. It is my opportunity to try to emulate his matchless life in every way so that I may one day live in glory with him. That opportunity does not include efforts to belittle others' beliefs in the name of trying to convert them. I don't know what this man believes because his focus is solely on running down others' faith. I don't get it.

To mjhanagan, everyone has their own ministry. Testskriftene was delivered from the bonds of the mormons so his heart is to help other mormons see the light.

The question is this, how is this man helping others to come to Christ. Is he preaching repentence and the living of a good life or is his whole schtick to run down others' beliefs. Why is he so unsure of his own doctrine, if he has any, that he has to try to dissect others?
