It's really not that hard... start with 10 reps and see how it goes... after a week, do 15; after 2 weeks 20 and so on. When I started I didn't have any muscles like her, but it really works.
That looks just about impossible for somebody like me, I don't have any muscles like that, think I may have to start out with something way easier, and then work up to this.

That looks just about impossible for somebody like me, I don't have any muscles like that, think I may have to start out with something way easier, and then work up to this.
