@gongargongar I agree. I hate both types of fans. I do like Puscifer. But it is not the best thing that Maynard has done. I think Puscifer is just a fun project for Maynard, nothing else. And to add, I do think Maynard is a great singer and song writer. But we all have to give credit to Adam, Danny and Justin that makes Tool = Tool (or just f@!#6 awesome). Take one of them away, you don't have the same band, especially with Danny's drumming and Adam's riffs and vision for the band.

@LNHDT Maybe, except idk, I like @danielvstone's idea better. It's not like APC doesn't make some deep points, and it's *certainly* not to say that Tool is all cerebral shit and doesn't have any emotion --not what you were trying to say, I know, but kind of what you were implying. As for Puscifer. . . @gongargongar I'm still trying to overcome my "Tool"ness and like these guys, but damn is it hard.

I'm not sure which typical Tool fan that I hate more. The ones that give Maynard WAAAAAY too much credit for EVERYTHING he's done, or the ones that don't like Puscifer because listening to Puscifer doesn't make them feel intellectual.

Gorgeous. Maynard is so diverse in his skillset. It's like Tool is his intellect, APC is his emotion, and Puscifer is his instinct.
